Title, registration, and notary—four offices, with one great standard of service

Just eastern Pennsylvania! We help you with title, registration, vehicle transactions, and notary work—fast + friendly licensed agents are ready to help you!

Why people come to us

We respect your time and your paperwork

Walk in with the right documents and you will move through faster. Our staff processes passenger and commercial titles, renewals, duplicate titles, plate swaps, and many driver-license transactions every day. Some programs—especially apportioned trucks (IRP/IFTA)—are handled only at certain offices; we will tell you honestly if another branch or PennDOT directly is the better path.

What we do

Services at a glance

Every office offers a broad menu of messenger services. The full checklist, fees context, and “what to bring” live on our Services page.

Title and registration

Cars, trucks, trailers, motorcycles, boats, in-transit tags, duplicates, salvage and reconstructed titles, and into-PA transfers.

Vehicle and driver services

Plates, renewals, vanity plates, license renewals, name and address changes, disability placards, and more.

Commercial and fleet

IRP, IFTA, cab cards, and account changes—call the office that handles your fleet before you visit.

Notary

Acknowledgements, oaths, affidavits, and certified copies of originals where permitted.

Before your visit

What to bring (quick list)

Wrong or incomplete paperwork is the main reason visits take longer. Match this list to your transaction, then read the full guide on Services for edge cases (out-of-state titles, gifts, liens, and more).

  • Pennsylvania title or certificate of origin—or out-of-state title with a VIN verification plan if the vehicle cannot be present
  • Valid Pennsylvania photo ID
  • Proof of insurance for the vehicle being titled or registered
  • Bill of sale or gift letter if buyer and seller are not both signing in person
  • Odometer reading when the transfer requires it

Some items vary by office

A few services or add-ons (for example passport photos or instant camera cards) have been advertised only at select branches. Check the location page you plan to visit or call first so you are not turned away for a specialty item.

Accessibility and reasonable assistance

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA for this website and to helping customers who need another format or a little extra time at the counter. Tell us how we can help—we will do what we can within PennDOT’s rules.
